Regulated Activity

IMSEL SEGURIDAD, S.A. is a private security company authorised and registered in the National Private Security Registry under number RNSP 4267, under the supervision of the Ministry of the Interior – General Directorate of the Police, in accordance with Law 5/2014 of 4 April on Private Security.

It is also authorised as an installer and maintainer of fire protection systems in accordance with Royal Decree 513/2017 of 22 May, approving the Fire Protection Installation Regulations (RIPCI), and is registered in the Catalan Industrial Security Agents Registry (RASIC) under number 080174738.

2. Terms of Use

Accessing and/or using this website grants the status of user, who accepts these terms and conditions from the moment of such access.

The user undertakes to use the website, its services and content in accordance with applicable legislation, good faith, public order and generally accepted practices.

Use of the website for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in any way that may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the portal or prevent its normal operation, is strictly prohibited.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by current Spanish law.

When the user is a consumer, the Courts and Tribunals of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

In all other cases, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Granollers (Barcelona), waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
