Visitor control

- Ability to capture visitor data from OCR data scanners and card assignment using automatic recognizers.

- Management of visitor access permissions using card, code, fingerprint, vehicle registration, etc… with the possibility of defining combinations between them for each person.
- Obtain lists of all types of events generated in relation to visits, with selection filters and the possibility of viewing them on screen, printing them and exporting them to different formats.
- Define different visitor access profiles with different access routes and assignment of different validity dates, times and calendars, even by reader and card.
- Visit processing to associate access profiles by types of visits or people to visit.
- Have multiple business cards while keeping a record of assigned cards.
- Define areas and know the visitors present in real time – counting point for Emergency Plan.
- Allow visitors to exit either manually (through the software) or automatically through readers (motorized readers and/or mailboxes), retrieving the cards for later use.
